Instructions for turning a spring bolt around

The spring bolt on a Mortise or Euro Profile lock set can be turned around according to how your door is installed.

Step1:

Remove cover plate. Use a pozi no2 screw driver

Step2:

Remove the spring and turn the spring bolt around

Step3:

Place spring back in original position. Make sure all is in position

Step4:

Steady spring bolt with one hand and replace cover plate with the other
