Description
A Cam lock is a lock that incorporates a cam (a projecting part) that is turned to engage a catch or a slot. It’s often used in desk drawers and only requires a single hole in the drawer front through which the lock is secured. Once the key is turned, the cam engages a catch or slot in the desk which then prevents the drawer from opening.
